Welcome to Lingo Trainers! We provide tutoring services in Spanish, French, and ESL (English as a Second Language) through in-person and online sessions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Lingo Trainers offers:

• Private and group tutoring in Spanish, French, and ESL.

• Both in-person (subject to location availability) and online sessions.

• Customized lesson plans based on student needs.

2. Registration & Account

• Students (or parents/guardians for minors) must provide accurate information when registering.

• Each student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (for online sessions).

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Fees must be paid in advance, right after the class, or as per the agreed schedule.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, Debit/Credit cards, PayPal, Stripe.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid charges.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in full session fees.

4. Rescheduling & Refunds

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Lingo Trainers.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students must behave respectfully toward tutors and staff.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misuse of learning materials will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All learning materials (worksheets, lesson plans, videos) provided by Lingo Trainers are for personal use only.

• Unauthorized distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Lingo Trainers is not responsible for any technical issues during online sessions (e.g., internet disruptions).

• While we strive for quality education, progress depends on student commitment and practice.

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal information is collected for educational purposes only.

• We do not share data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

• Lingo Trainers reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Termination

• Lingo Trainers may terminate services for violations of these terms or non-payment.

• Students may discontinue services with proper notice.
