CANCELLATION POLICY

For scheduled telephone or in-person interpretation, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be made without a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows may be charged the full scheduled amount.

Translation projects that have already begun may be billed for work completed before cancellation.
